Return & Refund Policy

Golf Merchandise

PEAK Golf Colorado is committed to providing high-quality merchandise and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility for Returns: Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date, accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

Condition of Items: Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including all packaging and tags.

Non-Returnable Items: Clearance items, gift cards, and customized or personalized merchandise are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase.

Shipping Costs: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error by PEAK Golf Academy.

Golf Lessons And Instructional Services

Cancellations and Rescheduling: Lesson appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time to qualify for a refund or credit.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson time, or failure to attend a scheduled lesson, are not eligible for a refund.

Lesson Packages: Lesson packages are non-refundable once the first lesson has been completed. Any unused lessons may be transferred to another individual with prior approval from PEAK Golf Academy.

Instructor-Initiated Cancellations: In the event that a lesson is canceled by PEAK Golf Academy or the assigned instructor, clients will be offered the option of a full refund or a rescheduled lesson at no additional cost.
