Terms of Use for Monthly Coaching Memberships

  1. Overview

These Terms of Use (‘Terms’) govern all Monthly Coaching Memberships (‘Memberships’) offered by PEAK Golf Academy, LLC (‘PEAK Golf’, ‘PEAK Golf Colorado’, ‘we’ or ‘our’). By purchasing or participating in a Membership, the participant (‘Member’, ‘you’, or ‘your) agrees to these Terms in full.

  2. Membership Enrollment and Commitment

Enrollment in any Monthly Coaching Membership constitutes acceptance of the Terms. Memberships begin on the date of purchase and renew automatically each month. Most Memberships require a three (3) month minimum commitment. Members on a 3-month minimum plan are obligated to complete all three monthly payments before cancellation eligibility.

  3. Billing and Payment

Monthly fees are automatically charged to the payment method of file on the renewal date each month. It is the Member’s responsibility to ensure payment information remains current and valid. Failed payments may result in suspension of services until payment is received. PEAK Golf reserves the right to assess a late fee or terminate the membership for repeated failed payments.

  4. Membership Hold Policy

Members may place their membership on hold for one (1) month due to injury, travel, or other temporary scheduling conflicts. The hold must be requested in writing before the next renewal date. During the hold period, billing will be paused and no services may be used. At the end of the hold month, the Member must either restart or cancel their membership. If the Member cancels after the hold period, they will be moved to the bottom of the waitlist for the respective program. Only one hold per 12-month period is permitted unless otherwise approved by PEAK Golf.

  5. Cancellations

Members may cancel their Membership with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to their renewal date after completing any applicable minimum term. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or through the Member’s coach. Cancellations made after the renewal date will take effect the following billing cycle. Early termination of a minimum-term Membership will result in the full payment of the remaining balance of the term.

  6. Refund Policy

No refunds or credits will be issued for unused services, missed sessions, or mid-cycle cancellations. All sales are final.

  7. Scheduling and Attendance

All coaching sessions, group classes, and fittings must be scheduled through the PEAK Golf website or by contacting your primary coach. Availability is subject to coach and facility scheduling. No-shows (failure to attend a booked session without prior notice) will result in a $25 no-show fee, automatically charged to the payment method on file. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a no-show fee.

  8. Conduct and Facility Use

Members must adhere to professional conduct standards and maintain proper golf etiquette while on premises. PEAK Golf reserves the right to revoke membership for unsafe, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior without refund. Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered Member.

  9. Liability and Assumption of Risk

Participation in golf activities inherently involves physical risk. By enrolling, the Member voluntarily assumes all risks of injury or property damage. PEAK Golf and its employees shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from participation. Members agree to release and hold harmless PEAK Golf from all claims related to participation in its programs or use of its facilities.

  10. Modifications to Terms

PEAK Golf reserves the right to modify Membership pricing, features, or these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of material changes in advance. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

  11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Arapahoe County, Colorado.
